Dear All,

Yesterday we had a special JLab User group meeting at APS DNP, East Lansing,
MI and Rolf Ent said that next PAC is scheduled for June 2012 (June 10th or
so).  As far as we know from Ken Hicks, the next Collab meeting will come in
Feb 22nd-25th.  So, we have to have an Omega+Xi proposal by that time.
