[Clas12_verystrange] Very Strange Proposal

This is good stuff, and it shows that we dont' have to use gamma p--> K
+K+pi- (X) to observe Xi0 or Xi0(*). However, there is a bit issue
here. THere is a small section of the Xi doublet mass splitting in our
proposal, and it is possible the Xi0 mass is not measured that
accurately. The difference between g11 and g12 now is about 7MeV, and
this would have to be reconciled soon. The good news is that Johann/
Mike Kunkel has just finalized the beam/momentum corrections for g12.
The bad news is that for g12, prior to corrections, the missing masses
are typically several MeV low, while Moskov's plot shows that it's
7MeV too high.
Maybe Johann can comment on this.
