[Clas12_verystrange] proposal tex files move to SVN

Johann,

Via my JLab account I have access to the svn

Then I try to do

jlabl1.jlab.org> cvn update
cvn: Command not found.

jlabl1.jlab.org> cvn co
cvn: Command not found.

Any ideas what to do?
