[Clas12_verystrange] proposal tex files move to SVN

svn co
is the "check-out" command and therefore it needs to know what to check out
(i.e. a url address). If you want to "check-in" changes, you can do:
svn ci

There is a option "-m" you can use for log messages:

svn ci -m 'my log message for this commit'
