[Clas12_verystrange] files for proposal

Hi all,

Igor generated an initial version of the proposal.
I put it in CVS repository so that we can work on it.
To get it use command:
cvs co docs/verystrange

The main file is Strangest_01.tex It include many others, different 
files for different sections.
Many of them just placeholders at the moment.
We should discuss this at our next meeting next week.
