[Clas12_verystrange] Omega/Xi Proposal

Igor,

I also have problem with it.
There are quite a few missing figure files in caspol.tex and misscas.tex
pdflatex crashes on those missing files. It also does not like file name 
with double extesion: gamma........._pbv2.v2.png. Please change and ose 
only one period in the file name.
