[Clas12_verystrange] 2nd try: response to pac comments

I have committed the response to PAC comments to svn depository. The  
file name is PACresponse.tex and PACresponse.pdf

I've also put them under

www.jlab.org/Hall-B/secure/g12/lguo/

Please take a look and feel free to modify it. I'm planning to send it  
to the committee tomorrow, unless there is serious mistakes that need  
to be fixed.
