Hi Lei:

FYI: the paper finally made it through.  I looked at it more carefully,
and while you are correct that the Minnaert method did not determine the
parity, it did determine the spin.  The method used in the Biagi paper
used the fact that the Teodoro measurement settled the spin to determine
the parity, if I'm reading it correctly.  They were unable to
distinguish between several possibilities for the Xi(1960) in their
paper.
