[Clas12_verystrange] meeting reminder and proposal status

Dan promised to give his comments either tonight or tomorrow morning.  
We should have enough time to incorporate his modifications.
Will has made progress on the expected spectra for Omega- (3K, and 4K  
channels), as well as Xi-(1820). If we have those in the proposal to  
be submitted tomorrow, it should be enough.

Since the collaboration will have a month to review it, we should be  
able to continue to make modifications during this period.
