Hi, All,

I compiled a response to PAC40 comments. Please check and let me know  
if you think it should be modified.
Under svn, please check out PAC40Comment.pdf or PAC40Comment.docx

Specifically, we are missing an answer to question 6, which Igor  
promised that he will do it tonight.
Also, I felt the answer to question 9 and10 might not be adequate.  
Maybe Mike can take a look at it?
