[Clas12_verystrange] our proposal

Hi, All,

Some of you might be a bit confused by the fact that there is no  
mentioning of our proposal in the PAC results table -- at least I was.
Basically,  our proposal has already been approved by the  
collaboration, and PAC will provide positive comments. In funding  
proposals, we can write that this experiment is part of an approved  
run group with endorsement by the PAC, and quote the report comments.
