[Clas12_verystrange] Sample background events

Hi,

I have 100 Million background events that are on the CUE at
/volatile/clas/clasg9/dugger/data/vsGen2kV1/vsGenOut.tar

I'm planning on running 10 billion events, but I encourage someone look 
at the files and see if there are any problems.

Each file within the tar file is a K+ K+ skim from 1 million generated 
background events.
