[Clas12_verystrange] New PID text

Hi,

I changed the mass limits that define the charged kaons. Now the mass 
range for the charged kaons is about as large as one should reasonably go.

The resulting signal to background is not as good as before, but still 
seams managealbe to me. The loss of signal events due to the PID is now 
23% (instead of the 39% when using the tighter kaon ID mass cuts).
