[Clas12_verystrange] meeting minutes and proposal status

Hi, Dear All,

At today's meeting, we discussed mostly the proposal. I merged Mike's  
PID study document into the proposal. Some minor modification were  
also applied (references, Omega-->Omega^-, etc).

Right now I think the refernces are out of order. I will fix it later.

These changes are now in SVN. Modified files are beam.tex, omega.tex,  
omegaEx.tex, Strangest_01.tex (abstract part), references.tex. Also  
Mike's plots are in.

We should be able to get the new background+signal spectra over the  
wknd. I suggest we concentrate on obtaining that for Omega-, and  
either Xi- or Xi-(1820), not necessarily all of them.

Veronique, Mike, and Dan has volunteered to proof read it. Please feel  
free to edit the .tex files, or send me your comments.
