[Clas12_verystrange] proposal comments

Hi, All,

I have received the comments from Ken. Most are minor comments. There  
is a bit of problem in the trigger/untagged photon rate that could be  
due to some miscalculation.

Let's look at the comments and meet this Friday? Or maybe sooner?
