[Clas12_verystrange] proposal comments

Most of the comments are easy to answer. Only one comment requires some work. This is about trigger in case of untagged real photon. I guess this question came from Marco. 
This is legitimate concern we should address. Simple t wo prong trigger with no FT will overwhelm DAq. 
The trigger may be [2-prong AND FT]OR[4-prong] We nee to look what is the rate of 4-prong events. compared to 2-prong AND FT. 
I guess this asks for some simulation.
