Hi, Guys,

I have committed the newest version via  svn.

Files changed are:

In addition to editorial changes, I made some modification on the  
motivations, mostly on p7-p6. I also sorted the references, tables,  
etc that somehow was not properly ordered. Added a few references, in  
particular the lattice results (ref 10)
