[Clas12_verystrange] Removing untagged photon trigger?

Based on the extensive study mike has done recently, it seems that we should remove those parts in the proposal. Of course, we can study different triggers when the experiment comes.

I suggest that we do this, and mention further trigger study involving untagged photons . This would not affect at all our proposal, since all the simulations and projected results were done assuming tagged photons .

What does everyone think? We need to submit our response next week based on ken's emails. If nobody objects, I would go ahead and implement the changes, probably with mike and send the latest version out in the next few days.
