Hi Everybody,

I would like to start joining the meetings. I just filled out the doodle poll and I should be quite flexible on what works for most people.

Cheers,
Nick

Lei,

People made some adjustments. Now it looks like we are converging and can get full attendance. We are waiting to hear from Derek.
It is likely will be Monday 3 pm JLab time.

Hi, Dear Very Strangers,

Another alternative we could consider is to have weekly meeting, but the meeting times switches from a time where all western time zone collaborators could join, and another all european collaborators could join. This in effect is still bi-weekly meetings, except for people in the middle. That means some of us could get extra fun out of these meetings.

Just a suggestion. If everybody agrees — or at least nobody rejects, we could just pick two slots from the existing polls.

Cheers!

It is tough to pick the time when collaboration spans over eight time zones.

All,

Take a look at the poll results and make you suggestion who should be ignored or you may want to reconsider your availability. Keep in mind for now it is biweekly meeting.
NOT a single slot makes everyone happy.

Hi All,

I think John has a valid point here. We have to take into consideration the whole of the US collaboration and not just a fraction, however large it is. John has a lot to contribute and was early into looking at the strangeness problem.

Has a decision been reached on the meeting time? Am I getting up at
4:30 AM tomorrow, or has the group decided that my contribution is no
longer desired? My last message, on Monday at 10:30 PST, was summarily
ignored.
