[Clas12_verystrange] Event generator

Hi,

I put the event generator at:

https://userweb.jlab.org/~dugger/vs/vsGenV2.tar

Once you have the tar file:

> tar xf vsGenV2.tar

> cd vsGenV2

Then edit Makefile so that the line

CERN_LIBS = -L/usr/lib64/cernlib/2006/lib

makes sense for your system.

Once the Makefile is set up

> make

> ./vsGen -h

The last command will give you instructions on how to use the program.
