Dear all, 

  We found an issue related with geometry in the central tracker in the latest release of gemc.  Another issue related to running CVT reconstruction in the same CLARA DPE twice is also being looked into. 
These issues will only impact central tracking resolution.  We expect to have this fixed by Friday and will send notice as soon as it is done.  You will have to resubmit your simulation jobs to get the correct geometry after these fixes.  Hence it is best not to submit any more jobs until we you get the notification that all fixes are done.

Dear CLAS12 Run Group A Spokespersons,

In preparation of the First CLAS12 Experiment, there will be Hall B 
internal Review "CLAS12 Ready for Science Review" September 25-26, 2017. 
We expect presence & representation of each one of the approved 
experiment at the review. Please  mark your calendar.

The first one is the Scope of the review

The second is the Memo of the first step toward the preparation of the 
review.

We will be discussing progress and plans at our weekly Wednesday meeting.
