[Clas12_verystrange] File filtering

Hi,

I obtained the files for run 4013 that Achyut provided in the directory:

/lustre/expphy/volatile/clas12/akhanal/rga_data/run4013/filtered_farm/Run004013

These files were bank filtered to have All the "REC::......" 
banks,"RUN::config" and "FT::particles".

The total size of these files is 199G. Way too big!!

We can't operate like this.

There are 207 files.

As an example, a single file: out_clas_004013.evio.0_9.root is 995M

I did some additional bank filtering to reduce that file to 299M. This is 
still too big.

After the additional bank filtering I required a REC_ForwardTagger hit. 
This got the size down 6.3M. This we can work with.

When I then required 2 or more charged tracks, the size went down to 4.4M

If all of the files scale like this single file, our 199G for all files 
in the

/lustre/expphy/volatile/clas12/akhanal/rga_data/run4013/filtered_farm/Run004013

directory would reduce down to 880M.

At the very least, we need to get setup to do filtering that requires a 
REC_ForwardTagger hit. The events that do not contain a hit in the forward 
tagger are just wasting space.
