[Clas12_verystrange] Issue with the REC_ForwardTagger banks

Hi,

Just checked and we do NOT want to filter on the REC_ForwardTagger bank!!

The information we want can be found in the FT_particles.

The problem with using REC_ForwardTagger is that there a way too many 
times when there is a hit in FT_particles but no hit in REC_ForwardTagger.

When I require a single hit in REC_ForwardTagger my file size goes 
from 995M to 6.3M, but when I replace that requirement with a single hit 
in FT_particles, my file size goes from 995M to 82M. Huge difference!!!
