[Clas12_verystrange] bank filtering

To filter the banks one could use the hipo-utils, in coatjava/bin.
Bank numbers are in the json files in coatjava/etc/bankdefs/hipo

     Usage : hipo-utils [commands] [options]

     commands:
              -info : print information about the file
             -merge : merge HIPO files
            -filter : filter the file for given banks
             -stats : print statistics about the file
              -dump : dump the file on the screen
              -test :  run speed benchmark test

Here is an example where I filter some of the CVT and CTOF banks. The 
condition is to write out every event with bank "20526".

hipo-utils -filter -l 
11:12:330:21222:20636:20421:20411:20412:20321:20311:20312:21222:21223:21221:21111:21112:20526:20529:20221:20222:20225:20226:20121:20122:20125:20126:20111:20211 
-e 20526 -merge -o cvt.$1.hipo 
/volatile/clas12/data/pass0/cooked/out_clas_00$1.evio.*.hipo
