[Clas12_verystrange] background simulations

Hi,

   I rerun Mike vsGen background files with gemc 4a.2.4 and cooked with
coatjava 5.3.3 (-ve toroid, -ve solenoid field)

   There were lots of incomplete jobs and some jobs ran for much longer
than they should. The files that made it through can be found in hipo
format at

/volatile/clas12/dglazier/gemc_out/background/bg_tm1_sm1/rec_5.3.3/

They have been converted into HASPECT format

  /volatile/clas12/dglazier/gemc_out/background/bg_tm1_sm1/rec_5.3.3/hs/RunGEMC/
