[Clas12_verystrange] Very Strange Meeting May 2nd

If you want to get better CVT tracks look at the runs after 3697. Run 
3050 is one of the worst because it was taken with tungsten shield and 
old grounding scheme. The shield position and grounding changed during 
the March break and CVT occupancy greatly reduced. Cellular automata 
tracking finds more tracks but does produce fake tracks which could be 
cleaned by NDF cut. We are working on improving the CVT tracking. Bear 
in mind that CVT is not aligned yet so do not expect design resolutions.
