Eugene gave us a good hint how EPR may help to look for missing resonances
vs PR.
See attached recent paper by Viktor and coworkers. In fact, non-resonance
background
has a strong Q2 dependence which is vanishing at high Q2. Let me add some

Here it is.
Answer to your question is in Fig. 1. N'(1720)3/2^+ is the only recently
observed new baryon state for which the information on resonance
electroexcitation amplitudes has become available for the first time..
Therefore, we have insight into the state structure and with help of
theorists can try to understand why ``missing" baryon states escape
detection for a long time.
Good independent check for the state's existence is the studies
piN--->pipiN with J-PARC.
