Hi,

Just to clarify what I was saying at the end with regards to Trevor's
research. I appreciate a lot was said and there was a lot to take in,
however I think this would be a simple way to increase your signal.
Apologies for the crude drawing but gets my point across. You should be
cutting away the background (blue), but currently you are doing a straight
horizontal cut and so are removing signal data also in this overlap region
(green). If you perform your horizontal cuts up to say 1.18 and then from
1.22 upwards on your M(n pi) plots, I think it should help. Hope this is
clear and good luck with all the suggestions you got today.
