[Clas12_verystrange] ClasEvent Analysis Package

It is somewhat similar to clas12root but for those of us using Java (Though I have been thinking about making a C++ version!). Let me know if you are still interested!

You have a few options for installing the package:
1.) Follow the instructions for cloning it to your machine and importing it as a maven project and the you can run the examples
2.) On the releases page you can find v0.1 jar with all dependencies included and you can just add this jar to your build path.
