[Clas12_verystrange] Common analysis note and path to publication

Hi all, 

The editorial board of first experiment met today to discuss whats needed to be done as a pathway to first publications, including plans for each group. In terms of MesonX and Very strange it is clear that we are far from publication (at least not in 2021). The way I see things (maybe we should discuss this during our meeting) is that (1) we are in desperate need for more statistics and (2) we need to better understand FT energy reconstruction and efficiencies, tasks that will take us some time to complete. We should also discuss is what is in our plan for first publication. We have several people working on very strange but it is still not clear to me if projects are well identified at this point. We could have a quick chat about this on our Friday meeting so that we could get a bit more organised. Let me know if you have any input in the mean time.
