[Clas12nim] clas12 simulations NIM paper

Hi all,

The simulation paper first draft<https://clasweb.jlab.org/12gev/nims/simulations.pdf> is completed except for:

1. the author list is not completed
2. the individual detector/magnets sections (about 1 page per detector) has not been vetted by the experts.

I'd like to ask the expert to take a look at their stuff and see if something is missing, and list additional authors involved if any.
