[Clas12nim] github repo warning

Dear all,

There was a re-base of the repository. It should be transparent to you but to make sure:

1. issue a git pull to get the latest changes. This should give you no error. Let me know if it does. Command:

git pull

2. before committing, please make sure that the files marked to be changed are only your files. Command:

git status -s
