[Clas12nim] News and Deadlines

Folks,

First, I wanted to remind you of the important deadlines that we have in front of us:

1) Dec. 4 - all review comments on the manuscript are due
2) Dec. 9 - complete drafts of all papers must be submitted to be by 5 p.m. JLab time
     (however, the earlier the better as I need to go through all papers before submission)

Second, a few things for folks to consider:

1) On the main github page for clas12Nim, I have put submission instructions through the
special NIM portal. Once you get final approval from me for submission, please plan on
carrying out the submission.
2) In the mean time before submission, make sure that you can access the elsevier submission
page and login. Follow the links to create an account if you do not have one. Contact me with
any questions.
3) If you have not already sent the current draft to your co-authors, please so do immediately.
I do not want folks going in and editing the source files after I have completed my final review.
You will get a chance to look at your manuscripts after I am done with my work.

Third,

1) We will have our next NIM meeting on Thursday at 9:30 a.m.. Please plan to provide a status
update of your remaining work, issues, worries, timeline to get me a complete draft.
2) If you cannot attend this week’s meeting, please send me an email with all relevant details.

Fourth,

1) I tested the NIM submission portal for our special issue out this weekend and submitted the
FTOF and CTOF papers. 2 down, 16 to go!

Fifth,

1) If you have any questions or need any help, do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks for all of your
hard work and patience with this process. We are almost at the finish line for the submission part
of the process.
