[Clas12nim] next meeting and agreement with elsevier

Dear all,

Good News!

We have now an agreement with ELSEVIER publishing company on the 
publication of the CLAS12 package in one volume. We also have a timeline 
that requires us to submit the fully reviewed and completed package 
before the end of November. The volume will then be in print by May 2020.

The details will be discussed by Daniel at the upcoming meeting next 
week 6/13. Please make an effort to ensure further progress on your 
projects is made by the time of the meeting, and send updated versions 
of the draft before the meeting.
