[Clas12nim] Upcoming deadlines

Folks,

There will not be a meeting for the CLAS12 NIM papers this week due to the QCD workshop that is
taking place at JLab nor will we meet next week due to the CLAS Collaboration meeting. However, I
will remain in communication with folks via email.

Deadline #1: Move MVT, HTCC, DC papers to final review by Nov. 4 - this deadline was met for all 3 papers

Deadline #2: Complete drafts of papers for initial review by Nov. 11 for LTCC, RICH, FT, reconstruction, overview

For the authors of the papers with the Nov. 11 deadline, please plan your work to keep to this deadline. As soon
as you have a draft ready for me to review, please update the github repository and send me email. If you have
any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.

I attach to this email the progress table as of this morning:
3 paper reviews completed
10 final paper reviews in progress
5 papers waiting to begin initial review
