[Clas12nim] CLAS12 NIM paper this week - agenda

Folks,

Our next CLAS12 NIM paper meeting will be on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in A110 (the bj information has already
been sent around). I have attached the updated status chart as of this morning.

I would ask each lead author (or their designate) to prepare 1 slide with regard to the status of the review.
Please let us know the remaining issues and amount of work to either finish your iterations with the outside
reviewer (for those in the final review stage) or to move your paper to the final review stage (for those in
the initial review stage).

Papers in final review: SVT, MM, CND, HTCC, DC, ECAL, DAQ, Trigger, Sim, Magnets

Papers in initial review: LTCC, RICH, FT, Reconstruction, Overview

For the papers in the final review stage, please make sure that I get a copy of the reviewers comments. When
the draft and repository have been updated, I will need to go through the papers again. Please let me know as
soon as the paper draft is ready for me to go over.

For the papers still in the initial review stage it is imperative to get the papers on to the final review stage
as soon as possible. It should be possible to move all papers still in the initial review stage to the final review
stage this week. I ask that folks make contact with their assigned reviewers to let them know the paper is
imminent and that we will require the review to be completed no later than Dec. 4.

For the papers that have completed their reviews (CTOF, FTOF, beamline), we need to soon be ready to
submit the papers to NIM.
