[Clas12nim] Upcoming CLAS12 NIM meetings

Folks,

As stated at our last NIM paper meeting on Sep. 19, we will be having more regular meetings as our
time to complete our work in preparing and reviewing the paper drafts is running out before our
deadline for submission.

Our next meeting is now scheduled for Oct. 3 at 9:30 a.m.. The focus of this meeting will be on the
papers that have deadlines listed as end Sep./beginning Oct. These include:

CND, HTCC, LTCC, RICH, FT, DAQ, Trigger

Complete first drafts for these papers should be provided by the meeting time (or earlier if ready)
with the github repository updated so that initial reviews can get underway.

We will then have our next meeting on Oct. 10 at 9:30 a.m.. The focus will be on the remaining papers
that have deadlines later in Oct. These include:

MVT, DC, Reconstruction

Complete first drafts for these final papers should be provided by the meeting time with the github
repository updated so that initial reviews can get underway.

It is important that the lead authors of all papers not already in review (i.e. those listed above) plan
to attend the above meetings.
