<div class="">Today at the CLAS12 NIM paper meeting we went through the updates of the 18 papers that will be part of the CLAS12</div>
<div class="">NIM special issue. The attached table shows the review timelines that were established with the lead authors. Please</div>
<div class="">account for these deadlines as you approach your work and do your best not to let them slip.</div>

<div class="">A few things that were discussed:</div>
<div class=""><br class="">

<div class="">1) All leads should push what that have to the official clas12Nim GitHub repository by the end of the month. You don’t need</div>
<div class="">to wait until you have a final draft. If you need help with this contact me or Mauri.</div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">2) When the text of your draft is reasonably complete, even if the figures are not final, please provide me with a draft of your</div>
<div class="">paper so that I can complete an initial review.</div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">3) With the current calibrations based on release 6b.3.0, folks should have data shortly to make their final performance figures for</div>
<div class="">their papers. Any remaining work to improve on these results should be discussed in the text.</div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">4) When the first review has been completed and figures have been created, I will meet with the leads and review the figures</div>
<div class="">for issues that will cause them to be rejected by the journal. This is what I have labeled in the table as “Fig. Review”.</div>

<div class="">5) Before the next CLAS12 NIM paper general meeting, I would like to have names of our final reviewers agreed upon. If you</div>
<div class="">have suggestions for a reviewer for your paper let me know. The only rule is that our final review reviewers cannot be done by </div>
<div class="">someone who is listed as an author on the paper.</div>

<div class="">6) The reconstruction paper is now being organized. The leads (Veronique and Raffaella) will work to arrange for the subsection</div>
<div class="">authors to commence their work very shortly.</div>

<div class="">7) NIM will open their submission interface for our papers in early November. The interface will close in mid-December. Once</div>
<div class="">closed, no further submissions will be accepted. </div>
