<div class="">The next CLAS12 NIM paper meeting is tomorrow at 9:30 a.m.. Work is progress well</div>
<div class="">as we work to our ultimate submission deadline of Dec. 20.</div>

<div class="">11 papers have been approved for submission</div>
<div class="">7 are in the queue for me to finish reviewing</div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">The meeting tomorrow should be relatively short, but I wanted to give an opportunity</div>
<div class="">for people to ask any questions they have or update us on remaining work.</div>
<div class=""><br class="">

<div class="">Although our ultimately submission deadline is Dec. 20, there have been a few glitches</div>
<div class="">in the submission process. Given that I would ask that all submission be completed by</div>
<div class="">Dec. 18 (next Wednesday). I attach the instructions for submission to NIM for folks</div>
<div class="">to peruse. </div>
