[Clas12tdg] Rack location meeting

Hi All,
Unfortunately the meeting was preempted by Lehmann talk preperations.

I know the DC group had an extended discussion about this subject.
Also the SVT guys have discussed taking over some abandoned racks of the 
DC guys.
What about other detectors?
Youri, Vitali, Micro Megas (Amrit & co),

Sergey,  can you mark up the slides from previous mails and show where 
we need to put each systems racks by color code or labeling the racks on 
the CAD model. If you can not will each system owner print out a set of 
these pictures and mark which racks you want for your system. Once all 
requests are made we can try to settle this issue!

We need to move on this so as not to delay the CLAS12 magnets.
