[Clas12tdg] Design Guidance on Cables

Hi All,
I got a response from Dave Kausch on fire resistance requirements for 
cables allowed for new systems. I don't think that there will be any big 
problems, but please make sure that the cables that you select are at 
least CL2 or CL3 rated or better. There is an example in a e-mail how we 
dealt with non rated delay cable by putting them it in a metal box.

Please forward to collaborators who need this info too, reference to 
these requirements should also be included in our specifications for 
magnets and other hardware.
