[Clas_cascades] Phone conference today

Dear collaborators,

We will have a phone conference this morning at 11:00. The main topic will
be the status of documentation of the Phi-- paper to the working group
review. Hovanes has just updated the documentation on the wiki and in the
repository. The only issue that I recall remained was the one of excluding
poor performing T-counters. Any other items to cover?

Also, I believe the "final" version of the analysis note is posted in the
standard location.

Perhaps we can also get a short summary by Zhiwen on his thesis proposal.
