[Clas_cascades] Response to committee

HI Hovanes,

I have updated the analysis note, where simple modifications were needed
and correspondingly added a response to the
comments/SecondRoundComments.tex. The new files are checked into cvs. In
places where no response was given I left the placeholder "*** Text
clarified". Otherwise I left a "***" to make sure we check this again in
front of my answer. If no "***" were left, I considered the answer
complete.

I still need to draft a response to their (29) Trigger Inefficiencies
comment.

Perhaps you can check the file and address some of the remaning blanks.
Let me know if you have any questions and/or whether it might be useful to
sit down together and draft remaining questions.

I have not looked that the normalization note comments.
