 Hi Elton,

For the committee I posted a version of normalization note which I
build from CVS sometime around August 16. I am pretty sure it was more
up-to-date than the August 8 version Lewis is talking about. But the
only change
I made was to make a reference to Table 3 in the conclusions.  You can
find the
documents I posted for the committee here:
