[Clas_cascades] status of analysis review

Hi Kijun,

I talked to Valeri a couple of weeks ago, and as I
remember the members of the  committee were reviewing
the note and were planning to give their feedback to the
chair sometime at the end of January. So, we may have
the response sometimes soon. Valeri told me that he was
impressed by the progress, especially by the trigger efficiency
and normalizations studies.
