[Clas_cascades] Response from Phi-- committee

HI Lewis and Kijun,

Thanks for starting to respond to the committee comments. We should
probably try to have a phone conference next week to see where we stand
so that we can complete the response. The collaboration meeting is next
week. Is it possible to meet during a break/down time?
