Hi,
It is hard to realize which file is which. I assume that "10-29-09" link 
on the Wiki should be your latest update (but why 10-29-09?) Your latest 
normalization note has been done by 11/23/2009 that I have printed out.

It is not important any way. :-)
Here is my minor comments.

(0) The normalization note is separated from Phi-- note. So, the title 
of response note should be "Review of the CLAS-Analysis 2009-106"
(1) Do you have comment on 2ns cut on tagger ? (I am just wondering)
(2) Table 2. missing item for G11. we had an additional correction for 
2ns cut on tagger (is about ~6%)
  and there is a typo inside of table : MMom < 0.14GeV for G11 instead 
of 1.4GeV
(3) Fig 19 has NOT been updated yet.
(4) Table 3 should be updated too after taking into account additional 
correction.
