Hi ,

I  posted a new draft of the Phi paper on the wiki, which I think is
very to close to be in shape to be submitted. Please, take look at it to 
give
me your suggestions on Thursday. I am thinking of submitting
it for the adhoc review this weekend, if we do not find major problems.
