[Clas_cascades] Updates to the phi-- draft

Dear collaborators,

I have made many modifications to the phi-- draft and checked them into 
cvs. It was my first stab at updating the draft and it will still need 
substantial polishing. However, hopefully this will be useful in creating 
a draft which we all like. Feel free to provide more feedback and comments 
to Hovanes.
