[Clas_cascades] eg3 meeting tomorrow

Hi,

I submitted a rough draft of the Phi-- paper into CVS and also
posted it on the eg3 wiki. You can download it at:

It is still not close to final, but at this stage I would like to get 
your comments
on the scope of the paper and the content so that I do not spent time on 
some things
that need not be there.
